Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the sesame oiled sesame seed. Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
Add the diced kimchi and kimchi juice to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the kimchi is heated through.
Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny.
Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the kimchi fried eggs over a bed of steaming hot rice.
