This is one fo the most delicious and simple fried chicken recipes I have ever made. It can also be baked in the oven instead of deep fried. The butter milk and seasoning that it is marinated in make the world of difference in the taste but also makes it a lot easier as it is not necessary to have a wet batter too.
Marinade the chicken in all the chicken marinade ingredients and set aside for at least a couple of hours.
Mix the flour coating ingredients in a large bowl and set aside ready to use.
Place all the sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan and cook in lo heat until it starts to sizzle and thicken, about 8 minutes.
Coat each piece of chicken into the flour mix and then shallow fry in hot oil on medium heat.
Brush the sauce onto the chicken pieces and sprinkle with sesame seeds ready to serve.
