In the meantime, add a little bit more butter and pan fry your cherry tomatoes

Finally, add fresh mint leaves and chopped radishes and you’re done!
Tips to Perfect your Sumac Chicken
Traditionally, this sumac chicken recipe would have saffron in it, but you can skip it like I did, especially, if you’re on a budget.
If you chose to use chicken breast, that’s absolutely okay! But be careful! Chicken breast shouldn’t be cooked for too long because it will go dry. And make sure you add a little more butter to get the juiciest Sumac chicken!
